1. Bookkeeping / Office Assistant

This candidate will hold an Administrative,
Bookkeeping and Customer Service skill set whose
main focus will be bookkeeping
and office assistance. This person must have great
organizational skills, be
professional, polite and friendly on the phone,
with the ability to handle
multiple issues and projects at the same time, and
work with little to no
supervision in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains accounting records, assisting manager in
making copies, filing, and organizing and entering
documents
Manage paper or electronic filing systems,
recording information, updating paperwork and
maintaining documents.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Bill paying, AR, AP, Expense Reimbursement
Billing, submitting invoices to our vendors
Statement (AP, AR and expense) reconciliation.
Research and resolution of payment issues, working
directly with clients and sales reps.
Organizes and reviews daily shipping batch,
overseeing quantities and prices are confirmed
prior to emailing invoices
Re-entering deleted invoices, entering expenses,
and import documents to support the import team,
entering in vendor “I” batches
for review
AR collection help, running company aging report
and working with CSR to contact customers with
their current statements
Requirements:
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal
communication skills.
Experience:
1 year of administrative assistant experience 2
years bookkeeping
