Working hours: 9 am -6 pm Monday-Friday, Saturday as needed
Base Salary + commission & benefits, bonus
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Maintain daily sales records, conduct inventory checks, and verify accounts within the store.
2. Answer and log calls from visiting customers, creating detailed customer profiles.
3. Respond to customer inquiries thoroughly, enthusiastically, and attentively, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
4. Ensure that during business hours, shelves and products are always kept neat and well-stocked.
5. Upon receiving new stock, carefully count and verify each item, promptly display them on shelves, take responsibility for the profit and loss of managed products, and implement anti-theft measures.
6. Continually enhance personal knowledge and expertise in all product features to ensure proficiency.
7. Proactively maintain relationships with existing customers, seek out new clients, and efficiently gather customer information. Regularly communicate with the manager to report on progress.
8. Take charge of keeping the work area clean and orderly on a daily basis.
9. Fulfill additional duties as your manager assigns, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
