TheLamGroupisoneoftheleadingdevelopersandoperatorsoffranchisedhotelsinNewYorkCityandtheouterboroughs.ThegroupisheadquarteredinNYCandoperatesinallfacetsofthehospitalityindustry.Currently,weareseekingafull-timeF&BFullChargeBookkeeper/Accountanttojointheteam.Candidatemusthavetheabilitytomultitaskandmanageprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment.Wearelookingforareliableteamplayerwhohasstrongcommunicationandproblem-solvingskills.

Specificdutiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto
ProcessingaccountSPAyableinputtinginvoices,reconcilingvendorstatements,andpreparingpayments.
Handlingallaspectsofreconcilingcreditcards,gatheringreceipts,andG/Lcoding.
TrackingTipswithdisbursementstrackingcreditcardandcash.
Monitoring,analyzinganddevelopingreportsonF&Bcostofsales,includingrecipecosting.
MonitoringF&Bcontrolsystemsandprocedures.
PerformingsomeHR-relatedduties.
Performingotherjob-relateddutiesasassigned.

Qualifications
Previousexperienceinanaccountant/fullchargebookkeeperrolestronglypreferred.
Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeSuite(Word,Excel,andOutlook).
