Overview:
The Los Angeles Sales Manager is responsible for driving the overall growth of the company’s U.S. study abroad business. This includes business planning, market promotion, channel development, team management, and full-cycle client service oversight. The role focuses on setting enrollment targets, optimizing operational processes, improving conversion rates for contracts and admissions, and promoting high-margin programs to ensure sustainable business growth, brand influence, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Planning & Goal Management

  • Develop strategic plans for U.S. study abroad business and set annual enrollment targets.
  • Organize implementation and ensure achievement of performance goals.
  • Monitor team progress and optimize workflows to improve contract signing and admission success rates.

2. Marketing & Event Organization

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns related to U.S. study abroad, including seminars, presentations, exhibitions, and online promotions.
  • Conduct market research and refine marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and client conversion efficiency.

3. Channel Development & Partnership Management

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with recruitment agents, consultants, and other channel partners.
  • Build strong partnerships to increase output and expand enrollment coverage.

4. Team Management & Talent Development

  • Recruit, train, manage, and evaluate the performance of the counseling team.
  • Establish a systematic training framework to continuously improve team expertise and service quality.

5. Client Management & Service Quality Control

  • Oversee the entire client service process, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of consultation, application, visa, and enrollment stages.
  • Address client complaints and resolve urgent issues to maintain high satisfaction and company reputation.

6. Data Analysis & Performance Management

  • Regularly compile and analyze business data, prepare operational reports, and propose optimization strategies.
  • Improve departmental efficiency and profitability.
  • Review and verify team performance data for accuracy.

7. High-Margin Program Promotion

  • Promote the company’s core high-margin programs through online and offline channels, including:
  • Undergraduate and graduate elite school admission planning programs.
  • Expedited transfer and premium guaranteed admission services.
  • EB-5 U.S. immigration programs and high-commission U.S. high school and university projects.
