岗位职责 | Key Responsibilities

负责公司日常人力资源与行政管理工作,包括招聘、入职、考勤、薪酬、绩效管理与员工关系维护;完善并执行人事制度与流程,确保符合美国及加州劳动法规;协调总部与海外团队的人事档案与制度对接;支持管理层在人力规划、绩效评估及团队发展方面的执行。同时负责办公室日常行政管理,包括办公用品采购、供应商管理、设施维护、会议组织、公司活动协调、文件与执照管理,以及协助财务进行费用报销审核与行政支出记录。与中国、德国、菲律宾等地团队保持沟通,确保全球HR与行政流程顺畅衔接,并支持海外项目在美国的本地落地与执行。

Oversee daily HR and administrative operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relations. Improve and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with U.S. federal and California labor laws. Coordinate personnel documentation and HR alignment with headquarters and overseas teams. Support management in workforce planning, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives. Manage office administration such as procurement, vendor management, facility maintenance, meeting coordination, event organization, compliance documentation, and insurance updates. Assist the finance team with expense review and administrative cost tracking. Maintain close communication with teams in China, Germany, and the Philippines to ensure alignment of global HR and administrative processes, and support the localization and execution of international projects in the U.S.


任职要求 | Requirements

学历不限,人力资源管理、行政管理或相关专业优先;8年以上整体工作经验,其中至少3年以上人事或行政管理相关经验(有跨国公司或制造/服务行业经验者优先);熟悉加州劳动法及人力资源基本流程;中英文流利(英语为主要工作语言,能够与中国总部沟通);细心负责,具备良好的沟通与协调能力;熟悉HRIS系统或办公软件(Excel、Google Workspace等)者优先。

Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of overall work experience, including at least 3 years in HR or administrative management roles (experience in multinational or manufacturing/service-oriented companies is a plus). Solid understanding of California labor laws and HR operational processes. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (English is the primary working language, with regular coordination with headquarters in China). Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong in communication and coordination. Experience with HRIS systems and office tools such as Excel or Google Workspace is preferred.
