工作描述longbeach长滩一个餐厅广场内有20个厨房出租，每个厨房出租3000-6000之间。
工作范围日常管理，招租，手续协助。
要求英语正常沟通，有工卡支票工资。
工资每天5小时*$20周一到周五燃油补贴每天20美金，日常租金6%。首月租金50%。

大约收入底薪$2400+出租佣金$3000-6000+出租15间管理费$3600=$8000-10000.
