职位名称: 公关兼行政助理
汇报对象: 总部运营负责人
工作性质: 全职 Full-Time
工作地点: 洛杉矶总部
工作时间: 周一至周五 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
(部分周末需根据活动或接待安排进行串休)

岗位职责

一、前台与行政支持

  • 接待来访宾客、处理来电与邮件、协助会议安排;
  • 协调内部会议、编写公司文件稿件;
  • 简单处理公司APP的后台数据;
  • 管理行政资料、办公物资与档案归档;
  • 配合处理总部与各分中心之间的日常协调事务。

二、公关与传播协调

  • 撰写总部对外文案;
  • 协助组织品牌活动、招商会、客户接待及展会宣传;
  • 对接外部合作伙伴、媒体与公共事务;
  • 支持总部品牌与市场部门进行内容编辑与传播管理;
  • 协助参与拍摄活动。

任职要求

  • 中英文(基础沟通)流利,具备良好的文字表达与沟通协调能力;
  • 有行政、公关、品牌、文案或活动岗位经验;
  • 熟练操作办公软件及社交内容工具;
  • 形象良好,工作细致,服务意识与职业素养强;
  • 能够独立处理多任务,抗压能力强;
  • 持有合法美国工作身份。

Position Details

Position Title: Public Relations & Administrative Assistant
Reporting To: Headquarters Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Los Angeles Headquarters
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
(Some weekends may require rotational shifts depending on event or reception arrangements.)

Job Responsibilities

I. Front Desk and Administrative Support

  • Greet visiting guests, handle incoming calls and emails, and assist with meeting arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and draft company documents.
  • Perform basic management tasks for the company APP’s backend data.
  • Manage administrative materials, office supplies, and file archiving.
  • Assist with the daily coordination between headquarters and branch centers.

II. Public Relations and Communications Coordination

  • Draft external communication materials for the headquarters.
  • Assist in organizing brand events, investment promotion meetings, client receptions, and trade show promotions.
  • Liaise with external partners, media, and manage public affairs.
  • Support the headquarters’ branding and marketing departments with content editing and communication management.
  • Assist with participation in video shoots and related activities.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both Chinese and English with excellent written expression and communication skills.
  • Experience in administration, public relations, branding, copywriting, or events is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using office software and social media tools.
  • A professional appearance, attention to detail, strong service mindset, and high levels of professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask independently and work well under pressure.
  • Must possess valid U.S. work authorization.
