招募要求：

• 中文流利基础英文，具备良好的沟通表达能力；
• 熟悉洛杉矶本地商业环境，有稳定的商户资源者优先；
• 有责任感，执行力强，具备独立推进市场合作的能力；
• 有驾照，可以自行开车拜访商家；
• 持有合法美国工作身份。

工作职责：

• 负责洛杉矶及周边区域的商户拓展，推进合作落地；
• 与商户建立稳定合作关系，引导其配合平台标准运营；
• 指导商户熟练使用平台后台系统，提升线上服务质量；
• 跟进服务上线后的商家运营情况；
• 协助完成平台在本地的推广落地任务，包括用户转化；
• 完成公司下达的阶段性商户引入与用户增长目标。

We are looking for passionate, highly execution-oriented Merchant Development Specialists to help us expand our APP merchant network and jointly build a user-centric convenience service platform.

Market Specialist Recruitment Announcement

To promote the development of our APP-based convenience services, we are recruiting several market business specialists for the Los Angeles area.

Recruitment Requirements

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Chinese with excellent communication and expression skills.
• Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the local business environment in Los Angeles; candidates with established merchant networks will be preferred.
• Strong Execution: A sense of responsibility, strong execution abilities, and the capacity to independently drive market partnerships.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive to visit merchants.
• Work Authorization: Must hold valid U.S. work authorization.

Job Responsibilities

• Merchant Expansion:
• Responsible for expanding merchant relationships in Los Angeles and surrounding areas and driving the implementation of partnership agreements.
• Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain stable cooperative relationships with merchants, guiding them to adhere to the platform’s standard operational procedures.
• System Training:
• Instruct merchants on how to effectively use the platform’s backend system to enhance the quality of online services.
• Performance Follow-up:
• Monitor the operational performance of merchants after the services go live.
• Local Promotion:
• Assist in local promotional and conversion activities for the platform.
• Target Achievement:

• Achieve the staged targets for merchant acquisition and user growth as set by the company.

Compensation
