工作内容 / Responsibilities:

1. 负责老人的日常照料，包括饮食、起居、个人卫生等。

   • Provide daily care for elderly, including meals, personal hygiene, and daily routines.

2. 陪伴老人，确保其安全与健康，协助进行简单的康复活动。

   • Accompany and ensure the safety and health of the elderly, assist with light rehabilitation activities.

3. 协助家务，如清洁、洗衣、简单烹饪等。

   • Assist with household chores, such as cleaning, laundry, and simple cooking.

4. 必要时陪同老人外出（如就医、散步等）。

   • Accompany the elderly for outdoor activities (e.g., medical appointments, walks).

任职要求 / Requirements:

1. 年龄：30-55岁，身体健康，无不良嗜好。

   • Age: 30-55, in good health, no bad habits.

2. 有照顾老人的经验，具备耐心和责任心。

   • Experience in elderly care, patient and responsible.

3. 性格温和，善于沟通，能够与老人建立良好关系。

   • Gentle personality, good communication skills, able to build a good relationship with the elderly.

4. 具备基本的护理知识和家务能力。

   • Basic knowledge of caregiving and household skills.

5. 有相关证书（如CPR、护理证书）者优先。

   • Certifications (e.g., CPR, caregiving certificates) are a plus.
