Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and risk assessments
Draft and review contracts and legal documents
Handle legal affairs and negotiations on behalf of employers
Assist in dispute resolution and resolution
Keep up-to-date on the latest laws and regulations and provide compliance advice
Requirements:
Law background and a practicing attorney's license
Strong logical analysis and communication skills
Familiarity with corporate law, contract law, and related laws and regulations
High sense of responsibility and the ability to independently handle complex legal matters
Experience as a private lawyer or corporate legal consultant preferred
Salary:
Hourly wage: $35-$65, negotiable based on experience
Health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match
